By participating in the Freedom Run for Women, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your registration and participation in the event. Please read this document carefully before signing up.
1. Event Participation
The Freedom Run for Women is open to all participants who meet the registration criteria, including age and fitness level requirements. Specific age restrictions may apply to certain race categories.
By registering for the event, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the race category you selected. You acknowledge the risks involved and assume full responsibility for your health and safety during the event.
2. Registration and Fees
To participate in the event, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable registration fees.
Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds or exchanges will be provided, except in the case of event cancellation (see Event Cancellation section).
The registration fee includes participation in the event, a race day kit (t-shirt, bib, and other event materials), and access to post-race amenities (e.g., refreshments, medical support).
3. Event Changes and Cancellations
The Freedom Run for Women reserves the right to change the event date, location, or route due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly.
The event may be canceled or postponed due to circumstances such as adverse weather, public health concerns, or other situations beyond the control of the organizers. In the event of cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded. Alternative solutions (e.g., a rescheduled event or credit for future races) may be offered.
4. Health and Safety
Participants must adhere to the event's health and safety guidelines, including following the race route, maintaining safe distances from other runners, and complying with any COVID-19-related protocols.
Medical assistance will be available on the day of the event. If you experience any health issues or emergencies, please seek medical attention immediately.
5. Liability Waiver
By registering for the Freedom Run for Women, you agree to release the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and all affiliated parties from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from your participation in the event.
You acknowledge that running or walking in the event involves inherent risks, including physical injury, and assume full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage that may occur.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants must maintain good conduct throughout the event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe (including harassment or unsporting behavior) will result in disqualification from the event.
Respect for all participants, volunteers, and event staff is expected.
7. Use of Personal Data
By registering for the Freedom Run for Women, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Your name, race results, and photographs may be used for promotional purposes related to the event and future races. If you do not wish to have your photo or results published, please notify the event organizers prior to the event.
8. Event Photos and Media
The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, you grant permission for the organizers to use your image, video, or likeness in event materials, publications, or online content.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change. Any updates will be posted on the official website, and you are encouraged to review the terms periodically. Continued participation in the event constitutes your acceptance of any changes made.
10. Legal Disclaimer
By registering for the Freedom Run for Women, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You agree that any disputes or claims arising from the event will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place.
The Freedom Run for Women reserves the right to make the final decision in all matters related to the event and its administration.
